Depending on your vantage point, the world seems to be in pretty rough shape.
From delusional presidents to ecological collapse to rampant rates of mental illness. Some proponents of psychedelics, with good reason, believe that the root of these issues lays in the nature of our psychological and spiritual health, which could be bettered by taking psychedelics.
This sense of the possibility of radical transformation occasioned by psychedelics gives rise to a sense that psychedelics possess some sort of messianic promise or are inherently redemptive. This leads us to consider: should everyone take psychedelics?
