Comparing LSD to psilocybin is incredibly common, and understandably so.

The subjective effects of these two molecules are remarkably similar in some ways, but they are also vastly different in many other ways. In this video, I explore some of those differences as they are presented in Long-lasting subjective effects of LSD in normal subjects, a research paper by Yasmin Schmid and Matthias E. Liechti.

There are three primary questions in this video.
  1. What are the long-term subjective effects of LSD in healthy people?
  2. What is the importance of intention/integration in those long-term effects?
  3. What are the comparative differences between LSD and Psilocybin in these regards?
